Hari nie nak kongsi resipi adunan roti, kawan Finland yg ajar, dah lama belajar dari dia. Satu adunan boleh dipelbagaikan kepada beberapa variasi bun terpulang kepada citarasa masing-masing.Tak lupa jg adunan nie boleh dibuat donut.

Kita letak jugak lah gmbr2 lama waktu kita gi melawat teman yg kita berkenalan dari alam cyber nie. Dia adalah Yatt (princessharyati.blogspot), tak sangka boleh jumpa teman sekepala, seronok sgt... Nasib baik lah dia tu jauh di Rauma sana, if not mesti byk xtvt kita di sini, betul tak Yatt?Terutamanya masak2 makan2 nie lah

Semasa di Rauma, kita gi melawat ke Nuclear Power Plant, kira melawat sambil belajar gitu....




Basic dough

Ingredient

1 kg high protein flour
200gm margarine/butter (melted)
500ml fresh milk (warmed)
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 hivaa (50gm fresh yeast)
2 dl sugar

Method

1. Mix well all the dry ingredients.
2. Mix the fresh yeast into the warm milk until the yeast dissolved.
3. Add in eggs,melted margarine and knead until dough soft and elastic.
4. Leave to prove till double the size.
5. Divide the dough and shape the dough to your liking.
6. Leave again to prove for 20 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius till golden brown.
8. Once out of the oven, brush some margarine on the rolls,buns.
