Kuih nie pertama kali kita buat sendiri....mmg teringin sgt nak makan tetapi pandai2 sgt terlebih bubuh pewarna....












Kuih Lopes - resipi di ambil dari Kak Liza fotopages dan Mamafami...terima kasih Kak Liza & Mamafami...

Bahan kuih :

2 cawan pulut [basuh dan rendamkan]
2 cawan santan + sikit garam
1 cawan jus pandan
1/2 biji kelapa parut muda- kita pakai kelapa kering yg di remajakan...hehehehehe...

Cara.

1. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali kelapa parut kedalam loyang dan kukus sehingga masa [30 minit]
2. Keluarkan dan masukkan dalam tudung botol nescafe yg telah dialaskan ngan pelastik.
3.Tekankan[kuat sikit] supaya pulut tadi mampat dan kemas.
4. Keluarkan [tarik pelastik alas dalam tudung tadi] dan gaulkan dgn kelapa parut tadi.
5. Hidangkan dgn air gula merah.

AIR GULA MELAKA

1/2 cawan gula putih
1/2 cawan gula melaka
1 1/2 cawan air
daun pandan

Cara:

Jerang semua bahan di atas sehingga gula larut dan mendidih. Tapis dan biarkan sejuk sebelum dihidangkan.

Ingredients :

2 cups glutinous rice (washed and soak with a teaspoon of lime water (air kapur) for an hour. Put through a strainer and rinse again)
2 cups coconut milk mixed with a bit of salt
1 cup screwpine leaves juice (jus pandan)
1/2 coconut ~ scraped

Method :

1. Mix all the above ingredients except scraped coconut in a bowl and steam till cooked, about 30 minutes.
2. Once cooked, scoop a heaped tablespoon of the rice and place it on a piece of plastic, on top of a necafe bottle cover. This is considered to be the mould.
3. Cover the rice with the plastic and press to give it a nice shape.
4. Remove the plastic and coat with scraped coconut.
5. Serve with sugar syrup.

Note :

1. I made half the recipe and managed to get 8 pieces.
2. I didn't use a nescafe bottle but I used the ring for frying egg and I press it with a bottle cover just the size of the ring.
3. I don't have scraped coconut, so I just steamed a bit of desiccated coconut.


SUGAR SYRUP

Ingredients :

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup water

Method :

Boil the above ingredients till slightly thick. Cool before serving.
Note : The syrup in the photo is a bit too thick. I added hot water to it. Didn't take the photo of the modified syrup, but the recipe above is the modified version.

Nota: Cara Kuzi mengembalikan ke'remajaan' desiccated coconut... Sorry Kuzi ya...mama cilok je dari page Kuzi ni....
Nyok, kuzi/kakkuzi pakai nyok yg kering tuh.. desiccated coconut. Masukkan dlm periuk + air skit + santan pekat + garam + gula skit. Masak sekejap. Ni tujuan utk mengembalikan ke'remajaan' nyok supaya jadi seperti nyok yg baru dikukur!



NIE PULAK LAKSA SARAWAK...rasanya selepas nie dah tak leh buat lg krn tak de pes nye......





DAN LAST GMBR2 LAMA IAITU GMBR PD BULAN NOVEMBER..SEMASA SALJI TURUN DGN LEBATNYA DI HELSINKI NIE...APA LG JADI JAKUN JAP..TIAP2 HARI KELUAR MAIN SALJI...NANTI CAIR TAK DE PELUANG LAGI....
