Ini adalah resipi yg selalu kita buat krn Ika suka sgt makan roti nie....if buat roti dia tak akan pandang roti lain......











ROTI NAIK - recipe copied from Mamafami's fp

Ingredients :

700g high protein flour
50g shortening
200g lukewarm water
200g evaporated milk (I used fresh milk)
100g castor sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet instant yeast (11g)
2 nos egg
a bit of margarine

Method :

1. Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Add in yeast, sugar, salt and eggs. On the mixer.
2. Pour in evaporated milk and lukewarm water a bit at a time until just mixed.
3. Add in the shortening and continue kneading till a soft and smooth dough is formed. Add more water if needed.
4. Make into one round ball and leave to prove till double the size.
5. Punch down the dough to release air and make into small balls. Arrange in a greased pan and let it prove again till double the size.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 to 30 minutes.
7. Once out of the oven, brush the top with margarine. Serve with curry or serikaya or jam or whatever to your likings.

Dan nie pulak projek bersama dgn Jerlene sebelum bulan puasa....kene bakar lama jugak....dlm sejam gitu...kasihan Jerlene kene balik cepat , tak merasa kuih bakar jagung....









KUIH BAKAR JAGUNG

Bahan-Bahan:

250 gm tepung gandum
230 gm gula (kurangkan sedikit jika anda penawar)
400 ml santan kotak
200ml air
4 biji telur - kacau sedikit
1 kotak krim jagung (cream style corn) - 380 gm
50 gm jagung (whole kernel corn)- optional
2 sudu besar minyak sapi QBB
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh pewarna kuning
1 sudu teh serbuk vanilli

Cara:

1. Tepung, gula, minyak sapi, air dan santan disatukan dan kacau rata-rata.
2. Masukkan krim jagung, jagung, telur, vanilli, pewarna, garam dan kacau terus.
3. Panaskan loyang di dalam oven dan sapu sedikit minyak/m.sapi.
4. Keluarkan loyang dan tuang adunan tadi ke dalamnya.
5. Bakar selama 40-50 minit atau hingga kekuningan dgn suhu 180-200 darjah Celsius.
6. Jika gunakan acuan yg kecil & adunannya tak tebal, masa membakarnya sekitar 20-25 minit.- kita bakar sampai 1 jam krn kita pakai loyang besar kot....

400ml coconut milk - I used a canned coconut milk
200ml water
4 eggs
1 can creamed corn - 380 gm
2 tbsp ghee - can replace with butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp yellow colouring - option

Method:

1. Combine flour,sugar,ghee,water and coconut milk and mix well.
2. Put in creamed corns,eggs,vanilla essence,colouring ,salt and mix well.
3. Heat the baking pan in the oven and greased with butter.
4. Pour into your baking tray and bake in the preheated oven 180c for 45 minutes to an hour.
