Hari nie kita gi ke pejabat pos utk ambil barang kiriman dari kakak kita di Sarawak. Kita tunggu lebih kurang 2 bulan dan pergi tergesa-gesa sampai terlupa kunci rumah dalam rumah. Terpaksa call papa dan tunggu almost 1 jam kat luar rumah. So lain kali kene ingat.....pengajaran ini .... Ada tak lain kali nak terima bungkusan, rasanya taklah kot krn insyaAllah tak lama dah tinggal di sini.

Memang terlalu seronok krn dah lama teringin nak makan sardin cap Ayam dan buat laksa Sarawak nie.....














NIE PULAK KEK CARROT









KEK CARROT

Bahan:

2 1/2 cwn Tepung Berserbuk Penaik
1st baking powder
1st soda bicarbonate
1/2st cinnanom powder
1/4 st garam
3/4 cwn brown sugar
1 cwn gula castor
4 biji telur
1 cwn minyak jagung
1 cwn mentega cair
3 cwn lobak (diparut - <>2 biji lobak yg sederhana besar)
3/4 cwn walnut cincang


Cara:

1. Panaskan oven 180C
2. Dalam mangkuk ayakkan tepung,baking powder,soda bicarbonate dlm mangkuk.
3. Masukkan lobak merah parut, minyak jagung, mentega cair, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, castor sugar dan telur
4. Putar adunan sehingga lembut dan gebu. Masukkan walnut dan putar lagi sebentar.
5. Bakar dlm oven selama 45 min hingga 1 jam.
6. Biarkan sejuk dan buatkan topping.


Topping:

3/4 ketul cream cheese
3 cm mentega
1/3 cwn icing sugar (boleh tambahkan lagi)
1 sudu teh lime juice
(kalau nak more creamy lagi lebihkan butter/krimwell)

Cara:

Putar semua bahan di atas sehingga lembut dan halus. Sapukan pada kek.

Ingredients :

2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup castor sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups corn oil or vegetable oil
1 cup melted butter
3 cups carrot (shredded - from <> 2 nos carrot - medium size)
3/4 cup chopped walnut

Method :

1. Pre- heated oven at 180c.
2. In a bowl, sift flour,baking powder and bicarbonate soda.
3. Then shredded carrots,oil,melted butter,cinnamon powder,brown sugar,castor sugar and eggs.
4. Mix well , add in the walnuts and mix again.
5. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
6. Let the cake cool and prepare the topping.

Topping:

3/4 stick cream cheese
3 cm butter
1/3 cup icing sugar (add more)
1 teaspoon lime juice
(if you want more creamy add more butter/krimwell)

Method :

Beat the above ingredients till light and fluffy. Spread on top of the cake.
