ASAM TUMIS AYAM (ALA NYONYA)

Bahan-bahan:

1 kg ayam } potong kecil
1 kuntum bunga kantan }hiris
2 batang serai }diketuk
1 sudu besar asam jawa*
2 cawan air *
1 sudu besar gula
5 sudu besar minyak untuk menumis
garam secukup rasa

* campurkan air dan asam jawa untuk menghasilkan air asam jawa

Bahan-bahan dikisar:

15 tangkai cili kering
sedikit belacan
2-3 btg serai
5 ulas bawang putih
1.5 cm lengkuas
1.5 cm kunyit hidup
5-6 ulas bawang merah

Cara-cara menyediakan:

1. Panaskan minyak. Goreng bahan kisar, bunga kantan dan serai hingga wangi dan naik minyak.
2. Masukkan ayam, goreng sekejap selama 2-3 minit.
3. Masukkan air asam jawa dan biarkan sehingga mendidih.
4. Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa.
5. Kecilkan api, renehkan sehingga ayam empuk.
6. Angkat dan hidangkan panas-panas bersama nasi putih.

KACANG BENDIR GORENG

Bahan-Bahan:

Kacang bendir - potong menyerong
Udang kering - direndam dan dibersihkan
Garam
serbuk cili kering

Bahan hiris:

5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih

Cara:

1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan hiris hingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan udang kering, goreng sekejap.
3. Masukkan kacang bendir dan garam.
4. Goreng sebentar dan angkat.
5. Sedap dimakan ketika panas.
