NON BAKE CHESSECAKE

 
 
 








NO - BAKE CHEESECAKE

NO - BAKE CRUST:

80gm butter (melted)
200gm digestive biscuits


Pound the digestive biscuits and mix together with butter. Press remainder in bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan. Chill.


CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

11/2 tbsp gelatine
1 dl hot water
2 dl sugar
1/2 dl or less of lemon juice
250 gm cream cheese
2 dl whipping cream


Method:

1. Combine gelatine with hot water and stir well until gelatine dissolves. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, beat whipping cream until smooth.
3. Add sugar, cream cheese and lemon juice. Mix well.
4. Stir in gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Turn into prepared pan.
5. Chill in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Note: To garnish, just put any kind of fruits on top of the cheesecake.
