BASIC PANCAKE & SAUSAGES WITH BAKED BEAN







BASIC PANCAKE

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl combine the flour, milk, beaten eggs, melted butter, sugar, baking powder and salt until just blended. No lumps.
2. Spray frying pan,heat it until drops of water sizzle.
3. Pour spoonfuls of the batter on to the hot surface.
4. When bubbles rise in each pancake it is usually time to flip it.
5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer or until golden brown.





SAUSAGES WITH BAKED BEAN

Ingredients :

1 can baked bean
300g chicken sausages- sliced
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 onion - chopped finely
2 cloves garlic - crushed
salt & sugar to taste
oregano

Method :

1. Heat oil and put in the chopped garlic and sliced onion. Fry till fragrant.
2. Add in sliced chicken sausages. Put the lid on to let the meat to cook faster.
3. Add in tomato sauce.
4. Pour the baked beans and mix well.
5. Sprinkle with oregano and remove from heat.
