KEEMA DAGING LEMBU

BAHAN:

225 g. daging lembu cincang
3 camB. rempah kari daging
garam secukupnya
5 camB. minyak
2 biji bawang besar (dihiris kiub)
4 biji buah pelaga (diketuk)
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 kuntum bunga lawang
2 cm kulit kayu manis
1 cm halia } ditumbuk
2 ulas bawang putih }
500 ml santan cair
2 biji ubi kentang } dikiub 2 cm
2 biji tomato }
60 g. kacang pis
2 tangkai daun ketumbar (dihiris halus)
sedikit gula

CARA:

1. Gaul daging lembu dengan rempah kari dan garam, biar 10 minit.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang besar hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan buah pelaga, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis, halia, bawang putih dan daging. Kacau sampai agak kering.
4. Tuangkan 125 ml santan kemudian renehkan 5 minit.
5. Bubuh kentang dan baki santan. Kacau sampai kentang empuk, bubuh tomato dan pis.
6. Tambah gula dan garam jika perlu. Sajikan dengan taburan daun ketumbar.
