MEAT BALLS/KEBAB

INGREDIENTS:

500gm minced beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion , finely chopped
1 garlic, crushed
1/2 cup freshly chopped coriander
sliced or pounded chillies if you like it's to be hot
1 egg
salt and black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic,coriander, egg,salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended.

2. Using your hands, shape the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls.

3. Heat oil in a large saucepan until very hot then add the meat balls and brown quickly on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.

4. For kebab sandwich, you just spread a tbsp of Lady's Choice sandwich spread on the sliced bun/rolls and top it with a few meat balls and lettuce leaves.
