HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZAHIR

hari nie,birthday zahir tp tak de party krn zahir sendiri yg tak nak party2 nie. So kita buat kek coklat dan sapu2 icing for our family's celebration.pagi2 zahir dah pesan nak makan kari dan roti canai hari nie. pasal makan, zahir tak memilih sangat. Lagipun pukul 1.30pm-3.00pm ada ISH Fun Run.Tujuannya...to raise money for 11th Grade Build-a- School Project in Tanzania.Nie ada bbp gmbr dr sekolah tadi.

My, My what a big boy you've become,
Seems not too long ago, you had just turned one.
Yet, today is your Birthday, sign of another year past.
It's hard to believe you're already 12, and still growing up so fast.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAYANG MAMA



CHOCOLATE CAKE (Fahimah)-this recipe from mamafami's fotopages.

Ingredients :

(A)
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

(B)
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
4 eggs
2 cups self-raising flour
1 teaspoon ovallette

Method :

1. Place ingredients A in a pot and cook on low heat till well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Cream butter and icing sugar. Add in the ovallette.
3. Add in eggs, one at a time and continue beating.
4. Fold in flour, little at a time.
5. Pour in the cocoa mixture and keep folding till well mixed.
6. Pour the ready mixture into a tray, I used a square 9 x 9 cake tin, lined with greaseproof paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (for big ovens) for 40 - 45 minutes. Check by inserting a skewer in the middle of the cake. If the skewer comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
