snow lagi..............

baru je nak start...
masih lagi snowing...
dah lebat dahhhh
now boleh main2 or buat ais kacang kotttt
hari nie pada sebelah pagi cuaca baik sgt....sunshine tp tak sampai ke ptg...snow turun lagi...angin pun kuat...mendung je...so kita pun mendung jugak lah...

today lunch and dinner...very simple...ayam goreng berempah dan kangkung tumis belacan.
petang nie i buat sosej rolls,resepi dr kawan (Erkki dan Laimes) dan cara2 nye dr mamafami...thanks mamafami for the pics that u post on ur fp.

oh..ya...nak beritahu sikit..yg doh tu, i rendam bekas tu dlm bekas besar lagi yg berisi air panas supaya dohnya naik..if not alamat berzaman lah nak tunggu doh tu naik...fahamn2 jelah....



Ingredient

1 kg high protein flour
200gm margarine/butter (melted)
500ml fresh milk (warmed)
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 hivaa (50gm fresh yeast)
2 dl sugar

Method

1. Mix well all the dry ingredients.
2. Mix the fresh yeast into the warm milk until the yeast disolved.
3. Add in eggs,melted margarine and knead until dough soft and elastic.
4. Divide the dough into 50g balls.
5. Shape the dough to your liking.
6. Leave to prove till double the size, brush some egg on top if u like.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius till golden brown.
8. Once out of the oven, brush some margarine on the rolls.
